Product description
Jet suction dredger through high pressure jet water column to disperse the ore body, marine engine controlled by the frequency converter drives suction pump to make a vacuum, the mixed medium is sucked into the pump then sent to the platform. Fined (according to the required dia) into the distributor, through the distributor into the gold-election equipment. The selected concentrate is transported to the destination by transfer pump, and the waste flows through the chute to the side of the beneficiation platform. Operation room is equipped with A/C and monitor.
Main engine & auxiliary engine
Weichai Engine is our standard configuration of dredgers. As we all know, Weichai engine, which is from China, also is famous of its long using time, lower oil consumption and small noisy. Its performance is very high. In addition, it works more steadily and frequently. We choose Weichai for our dredger, it makes our dredger more efficient.

Our dredging pump is Warman Technology, which is from Australia.
Hydraulic systems
Hydraulic control system we used is Siemens PLC, which is from Germany.
Testing before delivery
Testing center for ex-factory tested. All our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory and dismantle for shipping to the Tianjin Port.
